We have worked with Russ at T-stop for many years to produce video profiles for the School on the Move Prize, which spotlights the most notable school-wide improvement efforts happening across Boston Public Schools. The videos are always a highlight of the awarding ceremony, where they inspire laughs and heartfelt moments from the room of educators, school leaders, policymakers, and philanthropists. With the help of the videos to emotionally connect attendees to schools, EdVestors raised an additional $7,000 during the 2023 ceremony, and we reached our overall funding goal of $300,000. As a partner, Russ goes above and beyond to meet our needs. He delivers videos with incredibly high production value while being conscious of our budget. His work shows his understanding of our mission, and he is flexible around the complexities of working with schools. He conducts interviews with school staff and young students flawlessly and thoroughly. Meeting before production helped us clarify our vision and approach, which made filming go smoothly for us, especially with Russ’s experienced onsite direction and the skill of his team.
