Pagano Media worked with me to design and launch a new website. The entire team was just wonderful !! They designed a unique logo out of a photograph I provided, giving me several design options (I think 12 !) to choose from, and then they updated the colors of my final logo choice when I determined my preferred palette. I had hoped for a particular plug-in that ended up not working well, so they designed one from scratch that did exactly what I wanted. I had accepted that it wasn't possible; they clearly didn't accept that! The site is fantastic - with Pagano choosing creative elements such as movement and bolding to accentuate where it really matters. Communication was excellent throughout the project! While we worked mostly via email, they were so fast to respond to every question, suggestion, or feedback I sent. And, when I needed a conversation rather than email, they were happy to set up a phone or video call. The team was so positive and supportive and creative. An absolute pleasure to work with and I LOVE the end result too! Thank you Kathleen, Emma, and the entire design team!!

Pagano Media came highly recommended by colleagues at my company. They created a promotional video for a new business unit in my team, and the experience was excellent. Joe, Emma, and the rest of the team were professional and responsive throughout the project, even when we encountered roadblocks and last-minute rescheduling due to my team's availability. They quickly grasped complex topics, proposed options for multiple budget levels, were receptive to feedback, and offered creative and clear recommendations throughout the process. The final video exceeded our expectations, and I would gladly work with their team again in the future!
