Hunt's is a great place to get all of your camera equipment. They offer the convenience of being local, but compete with everything online. I've shopped at both the Melrose and Holyoke stores and always get great service and get to ask questions to actual photographers that work there.

Hands down the best camera store around. But their staff, this is a place they really shine. They are just simply amazing. Someone named Julia went above and beyond to walk me through not just pricing but also what I needed. And unlike some stores she was not afraid to give me opinions based off my needs. It really was incredible and takes both a unique skillset and also great training to know how to go beyond the sales pitch and into what someone is actually looking for. This was great. So in short, I know buying online is tempting, but when you walk in, feel the equipment in your hands and talk to knowledgeable people it makes all the difference. That's what stores are built for and that's where Hunts, Julia and the entire team here shines.

Stopped by when I was in Boston to photograph a destination wedding and needed equipment at the last minute. I called a few days before and they set aside everything I needed so the items were ready to go when I arrived. They had a ton of stock and everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend enough!
