I had many slides, some with odd sizes, negatives also, and they were able to digitize and transcribe notes off of them. Downloading was easy, and I was even able to share with my family. Great Job! Daniel Ruan5 StarI used EverPresent to digitize a VHS tape that had been in storage for over 20 years. I couldn't be happier with their service.
The staff were very polite and professional. They kept me posted at the very step of the process, and I also got courtesy calls from the staff (real humans :), not automated, "AI powered" voices). That was a great deal of customer service work considering I just had one tape to digitize, a very small job.
And the result of digitization was great. I chose the download option (which I'd recommend to everyone), so I could download the digital file online as soon as it was ready.
