Video Systems has the largest rental inventory of teleprompters in New England.
We carry on-camera units, speech systems and downstage monitors for video
productions, live events and concert settings. When you rent a prompter from
ECS Video, everything is taken care of, from file conversions to system
configuration, to arranging for one of our expert prompter operators.
Our experienced teleprompter operators are accustomed to working with high profile personalities under the most demanding conditions. All of our teleprompter systems come loaded with the latest version of Magic Scroll for Windows software.
We also rent unique production items from Microdolly Hollywood (camera dolly and camera jib), and Matthews Studio Equipment. Producers have put these products to use on national news magazine shows, corporate productions and educational programs. They are a great alternative to your typical options when budget and time are in short supply. Their compact size also makes them terrific for traveling productions. Our EyeDirect is a fantastic tool for getting a subject to look directly into the lens.

Eric at ECS Video is one of those partners. When we have a client ask us for a Presidential Teleprompter or Executive Teleprompter rental we know that ECS Video will provide us with what we need, as well as be on site to run the teleprompter - truly the best!Friday 10th May 2024
Corey Hascall5 StarEric at ECS Video Systems really saved the day for my team. A VIP speaker made a last minute request for a Presidential Teleprompter for the biggest event of our Foundation's year- and there were none available in Maine or NH. That forced us to search for help in the Boston area. I got a recommendation to call ECS about a teleprompter rental and I am so glad I did. Eric returned my phone call within minutes AND shot me a text- which was helpful so that I could have some peace of mind quickly. He basically said- "I'm on it" and he meant it! Just days later, he made the trip to Portland, ME to set up and staff the teleprompter at our big donor and alumni event.
Eric arrived on time, was fast and efficient, extremely helpful and most importantly- he didn't need me to caretake him (thank you!). He also did a great job making our speakers feel comfortable with the teleprompter.
Long story short: Our event was amazing. We had over 400 people attend our event and the feedback we got was that it was the best event our organization has ever done. Our co-hosts hit the ball out of the park with their program remarks because of the ease of use of the teleprompter. I am confident that the work that ECS Video System did was a big part of our success. I just can't say enough about how much they helped set us up for success.

After a quick search, I found ECS Video Systems and that was all I needed. In no time, Eric and I discussed which specific teleprompter would be best for my two day shoot and he then assigned the BEST teleprompter operator (Michael) with whom I have ever had the pleasure of working. Eric's teleprompter rates are quite reasonable and he's amazingly responsive. He got back to me in just a few minutes whenever I called or emailed with a question or location change. I can't emphasize enough how wonderful my experience was with Eric and ECS Video Systems. Eric Silverstein is a true professional and I would trust him and his team on any job. Whether it's a CEO, a Doctor or even a car dealer he gets the job done seamlessly and effortlessly.
